Duração: July 2020 – January 2023
The Project
Training for Inclusion is the second European project approved by BioLiving and is co-financed by the Erasmus+ programme.
With BioLiving's evolution and associative growth over the last four years, there is also a growing need to empower our associative community with specific skills ranging from adult education and social inclusion to project management and language skills improvement. Even though we are a small association we aim to have a positive impact on a European and global levels and we believe that the professionalisation of our staff will not only strengthen the possibility of internationalisation of the association but will also make us more competent and professional in our field of action. A more competent association will translate into a work of green societal transformation towards in a faster, more conscious and higher quality way.
As such, the "Training for Inclusion" project will allow our associates more directly linked to our adult training projects to make 18 mobilities for structured training that will cover the pedagogical needs of the association in as many countries or cultural realities as possible.
All these associates will be contacted about the project and the opportunity to undergo training. After showing interest in participating in the project, the associates will go through a selection process based on criteria such as: justification of the need for the training; motivation to participate and share the knowledge acquired after the training; potential impact of the training on personal skills and on the association itself; language skills; diversity of themes covered by the training as a whole.
Each mobility will be followed by an internal training action, in which the mobility participant will share the technical knowledge he/she has acquired and his/her reflections motivated by the international experience, with the entire associative community.
We believe that this project will bring clear benefits, with individual impacts for the participants, collective impact for the association and our processes, and for all the people, entities and communities with whom we work.
